Due to the overwhelming success of our Tuscan Village community in Lakeway, a second location is now underway in Horseshoe Bay – one of Texas’ top golf destinations. Tuscan Village Horseshoe Bay offers low-maintenance townhomes and villas, as well as golf estate homes.

The Horseshoe Bay community follows closely on the heels of the award-winning Lakeway community and features an array of resort-style amenities. The first phase of amenities is currently under construction and includes an outdoor pool, social room, fitness center and a yoga/aerobics room. Additional planned amenities include walking trails, pickleball, a dog park, and a community garden.

Additionally, Tuscan Village will have an Activities Director to plan a variety of social activities and events year-round. Through strategic partnerships, Tuscan Village residents will also enjoy membership options at Horseshoe Bay Resort with golf opportunities at four private, renowned courses. Tuscan Village is also proud to be the first development in the area to offer Community Propane to its residents.

Tuscan Village Horseshoe Bay features 312 residences on a 68-acre property with homes starting in the $360s to $1M+. Two model villas and model townhome are now open daily for tours.
