Anew neighborhood of multimillion-dollar homes is emerging near Lake Travis.

The Hacienda Heights hilltop neighborhood, situated within the Rough Hollow master-planned community near Lakeway, will feature 15 custom homes built by Arbogast Custom Homes, Laurel Haven Homes, and Sterling Custom Homes. Each home will be at least 3,500 square feet, according to Legend Communities, the development manager for Rough Hollow.

In July, VIP guests toured the Hacienda Heights homesites and met with representatives of the homebuilders. The newly formed Rough Hollow Realty, located at Rough Hollow’s welcome center, is handling home sales at Hacienda Heights.

Bill Hayes, chief operating officer of Legend Communities, says the team at Rough Hollow Realty will “manage the marketing and custom homesite sales for Rough Hollow as it reaches its final phases. Our knowledge of every facet of this jewel of a community makes us uniquely positioned to be able to give it the attention it deserves.”

Hacienda Heights is the 26th neighborhood within Rough Hollow. Amenities there include:

• The Rough Hollow Yacht Club & Marina
• A year-round event pavilion
• Highland Village, featuring a lazy river, splash pads, children’s pool, adult pool, green space, and open-air marketplace

Prices of the Hacienda Heights homes — which will offer sweeping views of Lake Travis and the Hill Country — are expected to start at $3 million.
