Condo pricing starts in the $800s.
NAN Properties Developer Services expects to open an on-site sales office at The Residences at Tiki Island by December 2021. Interested buyers visiting the sales office will be able to view detailed renderings, floor plans and a selection of luxury finishes.

The resort amenities currently planned include:
- a boardwalk and pedestrian site for neighborhood connectivity;
- a dry boat storage to house 200-plus boats on four levels;
- a 6,500 -square-foot waterfront restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating;
- a waterfront ship’s store with retail space;
- marina rental slips and guest slip area for the restaurant and ship’s store; and
- parking for cars and golf carts.
Tiki Island is a located between Galveston and the south Texas coast. A town of only 1.5 square miles, the Village of Tiki Island is five miles north of Galveston and only 45 miles south of downtown Houston via IH-45.
